中国的制造业规模很大,其供应链规模也很大,但供应链结构不优化,严重影响到中国制造业和整个产业链的国际竞争力,必须通过供应链管理来改造和提升中国制造业。要充分发挥后发优势,实现供应链管理的跨越式发展:一是要实现理念转换,重视供应链管理;二是要实施流程再造,建设供应链管理体系;三是需要政府推动和行业指导。

The scale of China's manufacturing industry is huge and its supply chain scale is also huge,however,its supply chain structure is not optimized,which seriously affects the international competence of China's manufacturing industry and its whole industrial chain,so supply chain management must be used to reform and promote China's manufacturing industry.China should sufficiently initiate post-development advantage and realize leapfrogging development of supply chain management by transforming ideas and emphasizing supply chain management,by implementing flow restructuring and setting up supply chain management system and by governmental propelling and industrial guidance.
